Used in casino cashier stations, cages, soft count rooms, and main banks, JetScan®bar code ticket scanners quickly process tickets/coupons at uncompromising speeds of up to 1,000 documents per minute with extreme accuracy. Interfaces are available to all major casino slot accounting and ticket systems, for uploading count data.

JetScan bar code ticket scanner features:

  • Increases attendant efficiency-- There is no need for your attendants to take the time to pre-sort tickets/coupons. Just place the bundle in the JetScan bar code ticket scanner and let the machine handle the sorting and counting.

  • Fast, accurate reporting-- Ticket/coupon piece count can be printed on a peripheral printer. A listing of the actual coupon numbers can be exported to your host system.

  • Industry-proven, top quality components-- Cummins-Allison has a well-deserved industry reputation for providing rugged, efficient systems that will stand up to consistent use.

  • Touch panel, adjustable LED display-- Illuminated display is easy to see under all lighting conditions. The touch panel display can be tilted forward for easier access and visibility.

  • Four levels of memory-- The JetScan bar code ticket scanner keeps separate totals for sub-batches, batches, day totals and strap limits. All are maintained during brownouts and/or power failure.

  • Verification-- Allows bar-coded documents to be counted or recounted without changing totals in memory

  • Add function-- For cumulative counting when desired

  • Communications-- Activates ports for up to four devices including computers, printers and remote displays.

  • High capacity hopper-- Holds as many as 800 documents, including polymer money.

Cummins Allison branch warehouses and service vehicles are equipped with the parts necessary to complete most repairs on the first visit. Exceptions can be completed on the following business day by placing an emergency part order. Extensive repairs may require that the technician transport the machine to at the nearest Cummins Allison branch location. A loaner machine is provided, if available. We make every effort to minimize your downtime when repairs are needed.

Response time is generally within eight business hours from the time the call is received. Service requests made outside of normal operating hours, including holidays and weekends, are dispatched on the next business day.

Customer service hours are 8 am to 5 pm (EST), Monday through Friday. Technician hours are 8 am to 5 pm (local time).
