  • Direct deposit: deposit coin values directly into a savings or checking account without requiring teller assistance to complete a transaction.  

  • Through-the-wall configuration:  both bin and bag machines are available in a through-the-wall configuration as well as the standard against-the-wall configuration.  For through-the-wall, all coins and management controls are accessed behind the wall providing greater security and behind the scenes coin management.

  • Warning light: used to address issues quickly and ensure better uptime, a red or yellow light can be programmed to conditionally or steadily flash.

  • Locking coin tray:  a built-in lock prevents consumers from pouring coin into the coin tray when the machine is full or out of service.

  • Remote management: JetLink enables organizations to centralize coin management in one remote location.  Daily balancing and deposits proceed smoothly and machine error conditions are identified and resolved quickly, keeping your entire fleet of coin counters up and running and downtime to a minimum.

Cummins Allison branch warehouses and service vehicles are equipped with the parts necessary to complete most repairs on the first visit. Exceptions can be completed on the following business day by placing an emergency part order. Extensive repairs may require that the technician transport the machine to at the nearest Cummins Allison branch location. A loaner machine is provided, if available. We make every effort to minimize your downtime when repairs are needed.

Response time is generally within eight business hours from the time the call is received. Service requests made outside of normal operating hours, including holidays and weekends, are dispatched on the next business day.

Customer service hours are 8 am to 5 pm (EST), Monday through Friday. Technician hours are 8 am to 5 pm (local time).
